S&T Tax and Business Solutions LLC is still looking for Tax Preparers for this tax season. No Experience Required, But Preferred. Having a PTIN is beneficial.

We are currently recruiting new or experienced tax preparers for this upcoming tax season and beyond to join our winning team. This is a remote, COMMISSIONED-BASED opportunity in which you can work from anywhere.

We’re offering sponsorships, software access, software, tax law, marketing and a number of other trainings to help you succeed in this recession-proof industry. A willingness to find your own clients (with our marketing assistance) is a MUST.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and compliant tax returns for clients (with training)
• Ensure that all tax documents and necessary forms are completed
• Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism with client info
• Attend virtual trainings and complete the tax academy
• Maintain Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) status
• Provide excellent customer service to clients via all mediums
• Comply with IRS rules, including obtaining PTIN
• Market your services and build your client base

Requirements:

• Must obtain and maintain an active PTIN (we will assist)
• Must be self-motivated and able to source your own clients
• Must have access to a laptop/desktop, printer, secure internet, and file storage system
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and ethical
• Must sign a 1-year seasonal contract (January to October)
• MD, CA, NY, OR have additional requirements and applicants MUST already have PTIN
