**What You Will Do** + Support ongoing operations and improvement initiatives. + Strengthen inventory accuracy and overall efficiency within the department. + Assist with activities such as inventory management, cycle counts, 5S activities, data analysis, and warehouse organization. **How You Will Do It** + Supporting accuracy and reconciliation for materials. + Assisting with scheduled counts to ensure system accuracy. + Organizing warehouse areas to maintain cleanliness and efficiency. + Tracking key metrics and reporting trends for decision-making. + Supporting layout improvements and labeling efforts. **What We Look For** + Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university. + Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations. + Duration: Summer 2026. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available. + Working Arrangements: On-site based at our manufacturing facility in Florence, KY. + PLEASE NOTE that applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future. **What We Do Here** Our components plant located in Florence, Kentucky manufactures and produces battery containers, covers and PowerFrame® grids. We opened in 1978 and now employ 150 people and operate six days per week.
