We are currently seeking a SAP Concur Admin to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
"Requirement is for a VendorContractual Resource and external hiring. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented SAP Concur & Salesforce Specialist to support and enhance our expense management and CRM workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Concur (Expense/Invoice/Travel) and a working knowledge of Salesforce, including workflow automation, reporting, and system support. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, IT, and Business Operations teams to ensure seamless integration, compliance, and process efficiency. Key Responsibilities: SAP Concur Responsibilities: Manage and configure SAP Concur modules (Expense, Invoice, Travel). Maintain and optimize workflow rules, audit policies, and approval flows. Provide user support, training, and issue resolution. Work with SAP Concur support for troubleshooting and issue escalation. Monitor and manage integration between Concur and ERP/HR systems. Generate custom reports for audits, compliance, and finance teams. Salesforce Responsibilities: acess automations. Support CRM-related business processes, including opportunity tracking, lead management, and user provisioning. Collaborate with Salesforce admins/developers to manage data flow and visibility between Salesforce and other business tools. Create or update custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce for stakeholders. Assist with data imports/exports, deduplication, and user management. Required Skills: 2–4+ years of experience with SAP Concur (configuration, support, and reporting). Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud or Experience Cloud). Ability to analyze and streamline cross-functional workflows. Experience in supporting integrations between systems (e.g., Concur <> Salesforce <> SAP). Strong skills in Excel, data analysis, and report generation. Excellent communication and documentation skills."
1.Salesforce knowledge and certification is preferred.
2. Flexibility to learn basics of Salesforce is required.
3. Flexible to work in shifts and in a project 24X7 model.
