The Regional Vice President (RVP) for the South Georgia Region is responsible for the overall financial and operational success of all Five Star Breaktime Solutions business units within the region. This role leads a team of branch and operations managers to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth. The RVP drives strategic initiatives, develops strong client partnerships, and promotes a high-performance culture that aligns with Five Star's mission and values. Key Responsibilities + Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all regional branches across the South Georgia market. + Manage the region's P&L, ensuring strong financial performance through effective cost management and revenue growth. + Partner with local leadership to deliver world-class service and uphold company standards in vending, micro markets, coffee, and pantry services. + Maintain regular communication with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships. + Support sales efforts by participating in client presentations, business reviews, and regional growth initiatives. + Review and analyze financial and operational reports to identify areas for improvement, ensuring accuracy in labor management, inventory, and collections. + Lead and develop branch and operations managers through coaching, goal-setting, and succession planning. + Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability across all branches. + Oversee regional fleet and facility management to ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and operational readiness. + Collaborate with corporate departments to implement company programs, compliance standards, and best practices. + Represent the South Georgia region in company meetings, contributing insights, feedback, and innovation. Qualifications + Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, retail, or route-based service management. + Demonstrated success in leading multi-location operations and managing P&L performance. + Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and operational systems such as Vendsys, SmartHQ, ADM, and Lightspeed. + Must possess strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a sense of urgency and follow-through. + Willingness to travel throughout the region with overnight stays as needed.
