Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll for hourly staff, commission earners, and tip-based employees on a regular schedule (biweekly)
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
* Maintain accurate employee and payroll records
* Manage payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, promotions, deductions, and tip reporting
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of US payroll processing experience
* Experience with **Booker and Gusto** and/or other payroll platforms
* Knowledge of payroll regulations, including handling tips and commission-based pay
* Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
