Interim HealthCare of Bellevue is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our home health team on a per diem basis. This position offers flexibility and autonomy while delivering high-quality therapy services to patients in their homes throughout the Bellevue and greater Seattle area. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patient functional status and home environment * Develop and implement individualized care plans to restore and promote optimal patient function and independence * Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in the use of adaptive techniques and equipment * Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including nurses, physicians, and other therapists * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards Qualifications: * Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license * Minimum of one (1) year of experience in home health or clinical rehabilitation setting * Current CPR/BLS certification * Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance * Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Compensation and Benefits: * Competitive hourly pay: $48–$60/hour, depending on assignment * Weekly pay with direct deposit * Flexible scheduling based on your availability * Paid orientation and training * Supportive and experienced clinical leadership
