Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team as a Junior Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of digital and print materials. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to bring our brand and training materials to life.

Responsibilities:

- Design and create graphics for digital and print materials including but not limited to: social media posts, email campaigns, website banners, infographics, brochures, and training materials

- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop design concepts that align with our brand and marketing strategies

- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality and engaging designs

- Keep up-to-date with design trends and techniques to ensure our materials are visually appealing and effective

- Work with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality production of materials

- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Assist in maintaining and updating our brand guidelines and design templates

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from others

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work

- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus

- Passion for emergency preparedness and saving lives is a plus
