As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate , you will help execute in-person outreach and promotional campaigns that raise awareness, generate support, and drive results for nonprofit initiatives and socially responsible brands. This is a public-facing role ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, teamwork, and performance-based growth .
Represent nonprofit partners and mission-driven brands at events, pop-ups, and outreach locations
Engage community members through face-to-face marketing and relationship building
Support donor outreach, supporter sign-ups, and lead generation efforts
Collaborate with team members to implement sales and outreach strategies
Track campaign results using basic CRM and performance tools
Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and coaching meetings
