• Strong willingness to learn and adhere to infection control and sterilization protocols
• Exceptional attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization
• Ability to work efficiently in an extremely high standard clinical environment
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Willingness to support and assist the lead dental assistants with daily clinical operations
• Ability to learn directly from experienced lead dental assistants and follow established systems and protocols
• Team oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in dental or medical sterilization
• Dental assistant or sterilization certification (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with dental instruments, materials, and terminology
• Knowledge of OSHA and CDC infection control standards
• Experience working in a private practice or clinical healthcare setting

Job Description:

We are seeking a dental sterilization technician to join our Georgetown Sedation Dentistry team.

This position requires no prior dental experience and offers extensive hands on training. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, support our clinical team, and grow within the practice.

This role provides a clear path for advancement , with the opportunity to develop into a chairside dental assistant, lead dental assistant , or advance into higher clinical positions over time. We are looking for someone who values professionalism, teamwork, and long term career growth in dentistry.

Our sedation-certified facility is equipped with the latest technology, including but not limited to intraoral scanners, lasers, CBCT, 3D printers, milling units, and more!
