Job Description Summary:The Commercial Loan Services Specialist 2 is a member of the team responsible for various entry level tasks required to support production and workflow. Duties & Responsibilities: Analyze collateral documentation and loan information in the bank's accounting system and credit approval system(s) as needed. Perform clerical/administrative functions including receipt of documents, department mail delivery.Prepare loan packages for imaging.Follow up with business partners regarding missing or insufficient documents.Lien perfection or release through filing or recording of documents (UCC, mortgage, titles, etc.)Manage workflow to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.Assist with other collateral or lien release related tasks as needed (including continuations of UCCs, or other ongoing maintenance).Work with outside agencies (title companies, county recorders, etc.) to resolve problems.Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: + High School Diploma or equivalent + 2 or more years' experience in Finance, Banking, and/or Commercial Loan Operations Preferred Qualifications: + Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access -- Ability to create and edit basic Word and Excel documents. + Demonstrated critical thinking skills and problem solving ability. + Prior customer service experience is helpful. + Basic accounting skills desired (working knowledge of debits/credits and balancing). + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Huntington systems knowledge and experience preferred.. + Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time effectively. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while adhering to established deadlines and quality requirements.
