Job Overview
We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with autism and their families. This role offers the opportunity to design and implement effective behavior intervention programs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
Primary work location is in Michigan, Detroit area. Relocation candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral interventions. Design, implement, and monitor behavior analysis and therapy treatment programs. Oversee the implementation of behavior programs by other staff members. Train staff, design behavioral systems, and support performance management. Facilitate parent meetings and parent training to ensure consistency between home and clinic environments. Develop comprehensive client goals and complete required documentation and reports for insurance reimbursement and client review. Collaborate with other professionals involved in client care. Stay current with research, best practices, and new methodologies in applied behavior analysis. Perform other duties directly related to behavioral analysis as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Ability to identify the state in which the BCBA license is held is required.
