A highly respected estate planning and probate firm in Corona is hiring an Estate Planning Attorney for its growing Riverside County office. This role is perfect for attorneys who thrive in client meetings and value the support of a robust in-house team handling all non-attorney work.

You’ll spend nearly all your time working directly with clients, guiding them through the estate planning process with empathy, clarity, and confidence. What You’ll Do:

• Conduct in-person consultations and client meetings
• Design and present estate planning strategies, including custom trust structures
• Draft full estate plans, including trusts, wills, and ancillary documents
• Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and fiduciaries
• Maintain ongoing client relationships post-engagement
• Join a collaborative team of attorneys, supported by paralegals and operations staff

Compensation & Perks:

• Base salary from $120,000 to $150,000
• Revenue-based bonus structure, with typical total compensation between $150,000 and $225,000

What We’re Looking For:

• You have completed at least 10 estate plans independently from intake through signing
• You are confident in client-facing roles and able to communicate complex concepts clearly
• You are open to working in the office in Corona
• Experience in probate or trust administration is a plus, though not required
• You are comfortable with drafting software like Wealth Counsel
